Help Tickets are a way for staff to track non-urgent issues in the Minecraft Server and the Discord Server. Players are advised to create tickets for matters that are not of immediate concern to the server, so that staff have documentation to track ongoing issues.

Tutorial: Ticket Creation

  1. In any Discord Channel, type in /ticket create. A command match should appear in the text bar. Click that command and press Enter.
  2. Enter a descriptive title for your ticket, as well as an explanation of the issue, into the text prompt popup.
  3. Click Submit. A private thread will be automatically created in the #help channel, visible only to you and staff members.
  4.
