Main article: Resource pack

Parallel uses a custom resource pack that is *strongly recommended*, though not required, in order to see some of the custom content. Make sure you have "Server Resource Packs" enabled in your server settings.

Rules

Players are expected to follow the server rules. Failure to do so may result in warnings that can progress to kicks and temp/permabans. Parallel strives for a friendly and successful playerbase.

Griefing, stealing, trolling, etc. are not permitted. If it isn't yours, don't touch it without permission! Respect other players' property and items, and don't build too close to others! Containers are automatically protected to help mitigate issues.

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other players is forbidden. This includes hacked clients, duping (aside from carpets, rails, and TNT), x-ray resource packs, exploiting new game glitches, minimap mods, alt accounts, etc.

Be civil and respectful in chat and respect the privacy of your fellow players. Spam, targeted harassment, hate speech, staff impersonation, links to inappropriate content, the sharing of personal info, etc. will not be tolerated.

For a complete list of rules, head to the rules page on the Parallel website!
