King Cloudius

King Cloudius is an NPC from the Sky Kingdom. He is the current ruler of the Sky Kingdom as its monarch, and currently governs from exile in Otherside. King Cloudius has an adversarial relationship with the greater Parallel community, where there have been instances of collaboration and antagonizing between the two parties throughout the Parallel storyline.
