Willie

Willie is an NPC vendor from Otherside. He currently resides in Otherside in his house at the Otherside Spawn Town, where he sells building materials to players for Riftcoins. Willie is also a builder who constructs new buildings in the Otherside Spawn Town and has repaired buildings damaged by Ralnthar’s entry into the Parallel Prime Spawn Town. He is known for his constant snoring and occasional babbling in-game.
